BICAMERAL BRAIN DYNAMICS

SES is a special educational system with two major areas:

  • stress management
  • greater usage of the brain

The company is divided into four major divisions:

  • Public Program
  • Business Program divided into two sub-branches: Corporate and Network Marketing Systems. Corporate clients are companies with systematic and regular training of their employees
  • Euro Grants
  • Mental Training in Sports

Public Program

This Program includes more than 30 educational products . Since 1992 we have trained more than 20 000 participants in the Czech Republic through the Public Program

Business Program

Business Program is divided into two sub-branches Corporate and Network Marketing Systems.

Corporate clients are companies with systematic and regular training of their employees.

Major references: GE Money bank, Eurotel, Motorola, Ceska Pojistovna

In case of NMS clients the company organizes the educational program, but participants pay for it on their own.

Euro Grants

SES has received the accreditation (certification) from the Ministry of Education of Czech Republic for the program of Creative Thinking.

Based upon that our company is developing a number of programs to be applied mostly in education, which are to be financed by EU grants

Mental Training in Sports

Despite the fact that the origins for all big wins and defeats reside in the mental area, professionals in sports do not engage in systematic mental training.

The aim of this program is to offer that to sports people who want to achieve extraordinary results on a European/ world-wide scale.

BUSINESS INTENSIVE PROGRAM (BIP)
Outline

Business Program offers three products:

  • Business Intensive Program (modular 2-4days)-for top management
  • Business Intensive Special (modular 2-4 days)-for middle management and other groups of employees
  • Anti-stress Program (1-2 days)-for any particular group of employees.

The contents of BIP:

First the participants learn how to relax. That means in our system, that they learn how to enter the so called ‘alpha level’ (named after ? brain frequency 7-14Hz, normally measured by EEG).

This alpha state is something everybody is familiar with (light sleep in a an armchair after work, falling asleep in the metro, bus or any other transport means, morning short extension of staying in bed etc.)

The difference is that the participants at the BIP have learned how to enter this alpha state through a certain methodological procedure.

They have also learned (after the third lesson of the first day), how to stay aware in this alpha state and how to exit it using again precise methodology.

Alfa state offers great benefits for the human body – in the area of stress relief and improving the brain’s effectiveness.

BENEFITS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
(and for the company…)

By relaxing more than fifteen minutes a day (doing one exercise at alpha level longer than 15 minutes), the manager/ graduate of BIP receives the following benefits:

  • neutralizes stress (stress enzymes in blood are dissolved)
  • strengthens the immune system
  • increases the level of his vital energy

It would be too little, if the manager only relaxed after this seminar, because the brain, this ingenious bio-computer offers some other special characteristics at alpha level:

  • Excellent memory (considerably better than with eyes open in the awake state)
  • Superb concentration
  • Both brain hemispheres readily at our disposal (left-logical, analytical, textual, sequential and right brain hemisphere-imaginative, creative, intuitive, integral, musical)
  • Availability of the so-called “library of the subconscious”

According to estimates of psychologists, about 95% of what we do, say, feel or think during the day is triggered by our brain from this automatic library of the subconscious. To mention just one example-driving of the car to work and back is done in fully automated way – not thinking about every move of hand, leg etc. That is the major reason why diets mostly do not work. A person engaged in a diet is trying to change the eating habits without changing the programs in their automatic library of the subconscious. That is why this person experiences the ‘yo-yo effect’ and the old weight is back after a couple of months. Same is happening with adapting new managerial skills, self change attempts learned through various training materials.

This last special characteristic of alpha state offers to a manager a true possibility to change any of his limiting programs / habits, which are now standing in his way.

In order to utilize the above listed special traits of alpha , from fourth lesson on, the manager/participant is able to use a series of mental techniques, which allow him/her to utilize more of his/her ingenious brain in his/her everyday life.

MENTAL TECHNIQUES

Let us describe just a few of them along with the benefits they bring to the manager after BIP:

Sleep Control Technique

Especially useful to managers who have had regular or occasional problems with sleep. Allows them to resume natural, physiological sleep, which is necessary for their overall health and well-being .

Mental Alarm Technique

Allows the manager to wake up in the morning at the desired time, fresh and full of energy. Very useful when managers have short nights and need to refresh themselves for a very strenuous next day.

Refresher Technique

  • This is the quick refresher, sometimes also called ‘the mental shower’.
  • It allows the manager the possibility to quickly reenergize himself( within 2-3minutes) and to continue his work at a top level of energy and concentration.
  • Used by managers in long meetings or in regular daily situations when energy level goes down.
  • Excellent technique for changing the attitude. Brain will sabotage the execution of work if the attitude of the ‘owner ‘ is negative.

Mirror of the Mind

  • This is a superb technique for goal achievement.
  • Allows the manager the usage of his imagination and highly mobilizes the brain in the process of achieving the desired goal.
  • Requires loyalty from the manager to the already expressed goals (contrary to habitual doubting and endless analysis of ‘why it cannot be done ‘)

The Three Fingers Technique

This ‘trigger ‘ techniques allows the manager to utilize special traits of alpha during the day with eyes open, without entering the alpha level.

Especially useful in improving communication with someone else, recalling information, increasing concentration and creativity.

Informational Techniques

The manager/graduate of BIP has at his disposal two informational techniques a) Dream Control and b) Glass of Water Technique.

In this informational age, where the quantity of information on this planet is being doubled right now every 18 months, the manager of today cannot process all this information correctly all the time – studies show that he is right 20% of time in his decision making.

He needs to be quicker and more correct with every further decision.

In order to do so , he can apply these two highly practical techniques and receive necessary information through a dream or other endless cues during his awake state.

Three Scene Technique

This technique , along with the Habit Control Technique, allows the manager-participant to truly change his limiting habits/programs like: postponing things, inadequate time management, inappropriate communication/motivation with team members, etc..

Memory Pegs Technique

This playful mnemonic technique allows the manager to regularly improve and develop memory, creativity and intuition .

Aside from above described , manager-participant of BIP will learn other additional mental techniques of greater usage of his/her brain which he/she can use in his everyday life.

COST & ORGANIZATION

Price of BIP: 80 000 Kc per day of training = 320 000czk for the whole program, regardless of number of participants.

Recommended number of participants : 5-15

The recommended structure is to assign one day (9 am – 5pm) a week for the training over period of 4 weeks, but can be adapted to the company’s needs.

We recommend to do the training outside of the company’s premises to ensure undisturbed attention. (organization and rental costs/ refreshment is left on company).

Depending on the issues and objectives of the company the group can be either homogenous (eg. same department or same management level) or mixed to promote interpersonal working relationships.
